Business Use Only
TradeStack Wholesale is a B2B portal for approved collision repair facilities and related business buyers. Accounts are subject to review and approval.
Account Approval
A current resale certificate is required before store access is granted. Buyers are responsible for keeping account, billing, shipping, and resale certificate information accurate and current. Access may be suspended or revoked if information is inaccurate, expired, misused, or no longer eligible.
Orders, Pricing, and Invoicing
Submitting a PO through the portal creates a wholesale order request for review, fulfillment, and manual invoicing. Retail price, discount price, availability, shipping, tax treatment, and fulfillment details may be reviewed before final acceptance or invoicing.
Tax-Exempt Purchases
Buyers using the portal represent that purchases are for resale when using a resale certificate. Buyers remain responsible for any tax, penalty, or documentation issue arising from incorrect resale information or improper tax-exempt use.
Account Security
Buyers and admins are responsible for protecting login access and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Do not share portal access with anyone who is not authorized to place or manage orders for the approved business account.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious files, or use product, pricing, or account information outside approved business purchasing activity.
Changes and Availability
The portal is in an alpha release. Features, workflows, product data, prices, discounts, and availability may change as the system is tested and improved.
