• Resale certificate files and related certificate details, including expiration date and review status.
• Login identity from Clerk, including the email address used for approved buyer or admin access.
• Order details, including selected products, SKUs, quantities, purchase order numbers, shipping address, status notes, and manual invoice/payment tracking notes.
• Technical information needed to operate the site, such as IP address, device/browser details, security logs, and essential cookies or browser storage.

How We Use Information

• Review wholesale account applications and validate resale certificate requirements.
• Create and maintain approved buyer accounts.
• Process PO-based orders, send order confirmations, and support manual fulfillment, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the TradeStack Wholesale portal.
• Meet tax, accounting, security, dispute, and legal recordkeeping obligations.

How We Share Information

• Service providers that help operate the portal, including Azure for hosting/storage, Clerk for authentication, and Resend for transactional email.
• Professional, legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advisors when needed for business operations.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and security, or to respond to lawful requests.
• A successor organization if the business, assets, or portal are transferred.

Sales Tax and Resale Certificates

TradeStack Wholesale requires a current resale certificate before approving a buyer account because orders are intended to be handled as tax-exempt resale purchases. We may retain certificate records and order records as reasonably needed for tax, accounting, audit, and compliance purposes.

Cookies and Similar Storage

Retention

We keep account, certificate, order, and communication records for as long as needed to operate the wholesale portal, provide support, maintain tax and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.

Your Choices

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for the portal. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so buyers and admins should protect their login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
